How Do I Know If You Can Help Me?

I provide help for people who have probates in a variety of cities and counties in California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The cities I mostly serve are Pinole, Hercules, San Pablo, Richmond, El Sobrante, Crockett, Vallejo, Martinez, El Cerrito, Berkeley, and Oakland. The counties I generally serve are Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano, San Francisco, Marin and occasionally Shasta and Siskiyou.

In most instances, the probates that I deal with are where the individual has died in any of these cities or counties; but I also help with probates where the individual has passed away elsewhere, sometimes out of state, but who owns real property in any of the cities or counties listed above.

I do not help with probates in every county and city in California because occasionally I do have to physically appear in court. These appearances become difficult if the court is too far from my office. Sometimes attorneys will hire local counsel to appear for them, but I do not. If a court appearance is necessary, then I appear in person. In my view, the client is best served if the attorney of record physically appears on behalf of the client.
