David R. Baker Attorney at Law

David R. Baker graduated from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1979 and passed the California State Bar Exam the same year. He has handled hundreds of hearings and trials in every county in the San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout his career he has handled probate and decedents estates. The present focus of his practice is Probate, Decedents Estates, and Living Trusts. He is married with two adult daughters, lives in a restored Victorian, and is an avid bicyclist, gardener, and member of Save San Francisco Bay.

Robert G. Nykodym Of Counsel

Mr. Nykodym graduated from the the University of California Davis as well as the University of the Pacific and McGeorge School of Law. He practiced law for over 30 years with an emphasis on estate planning, trusts, and probate. He was president of the Contra Costa College Foundation, was an Instructor in the Business Department at Contra Costa College, and was a member of the YMCA board.

Barbara M. Nakamoto is a certified paralegal, specializing in probate, living trusts and wills. She has 28 years of experience in processing probates in the major Bay Area Counties, including Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano and Napa Counties. She has vast experience in working with clients, research, preparation of required forms and custom documents, petitions, accountings and orders, as well as transfer of assets to trusts. In her spare time she enjoys stamping, quilting, reading, and getting together with her family.
